Our team are not just experts with each of the Unifi product lines, but we are excellent at training your users around each product. 

 

A full rollout may require network administration training, surveillance camera training, and access control training. Some of this may be focused around the administration of each product, but there may also be end users that need a subset of the training. 

 

We can provide this training on-site or via remote meetings and in groups or one-on-one. 

 

Frequently, one training session does not answer all the questions. Usually, once the users start to work with the system more questions arise. We can either be on call for a period of time to handle those calls or emailed questions, or we can work with your help desk team to ensure they are fully knowledgeable. 

 

Documentation

Much of this material is available on-site at the Unifi website, but if there are Quick Start guides or user manuals needed, we are available to create those for your organization and then to update them regularly as the products change.
