Unifi releases software updates on a regular basis. These updates should be implemented and rolled out when time allows to ensure that the network is protected from security breaches as well as so that the newest features are accessible by your users. We will work with your team to roll out features, depending on what impact a failed installation might have on your network, either standing on-site, or in tandem with your own network team. 

Because the Unifi system is designed to be monitored remotely, there is a lot of information that is provided via the central dashboards. These dashboards are available over the web as well as on individual Apple or Android Apps. 

As part of an ongoing system oversight process, we will review any alerts or alarms that may be generated by the system. Some of these may need immediate attention and some may generate discussions surrounding future updates or upgrades. Depending on the size of your Unifi implementation, we will recommend either monthly or quarterly calls to handle those type of issues.
