Whenever Ubiquiti creates a new product line that is new or does not easily fit into one of their main categories, they place it in their Integrations category. 

 

This category currently contains Mission Critical (Switch with Backup Power), UNAS Pro (Network Attached Storage), UniFi Talk (VOIP), PowerAmp (Audio), UniFi Digital Signage, UniFi Mobile Routing, Power Backup, Power Distribution Pro, Power Distribution Hi-Density, UniFi Internet Modems, and UniFi EV Charging. 

 

As mentioned previously in the Products page, it is important to consider products from this section with a grain of salt. If a new product line lasts a couple of years at Ubiquiti, then it is probably going to be around for a while. However, sometimes they discontinue items after time which just did not sell well or the technology of the time could not provide a good solution to end customers. A good example of this was their POE and Network Controlled lighting solutions. It was a great concept but did not catch on and disappeared a year or so later. Their initial foray into VOIP phone solutions also did not last. Therefore we are a bit hesitant around their new Talk VOIP line but it has proven so far to be a product line they are committed to and are constantly innovating.
